In a small group setting, a maximum of 12 athletes working to increase their strength, stamina, work capacity and endurance under the watchful eye of a professional coach.
Personal Training
Work 1:1 with one of our professional coaches in 30 or 60min sessions designed specifically around your fitness level, physical limitations and goals.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness
Work 1:1 with one of our professional coaches to provide guidance through your pregnancy and return to fitness postpartum.
Strongman
In a small group setting, a maximum of 12 athletes work with implements such as axle bars, farmers handles, yokes and stones to build strength in an unconventional way.
HIIT (high intensity interval training)
HIIT style classes offer a unique circuit of intervals of work followed by small rest periods.
