HIIT (high intensity interval training)

HIIT is a cardio based workout that pushes your pace helping you get outside your comfort zone.  Every 60min class promises a good sweat that will help you lose weight, build muscle and boost your metabolism.

BONUS: your body will continue to burn calories for up to 2 hours post class!

HIIT style classes offer a unique circuit of intervals of work followed by small rest periods.
