How does a busy nurse, wife and mom of 2 get to the gym?

HOW DO YOU MAKE TIME TO GET TO THE GYM?
I negotiate with my husband…..A LOT! My husband and I both understand we need to prioritize our fitness activities. We often split the kids so we each have one child to mange while at the gym instead of both, or we work schedules so we can both make our workouts fit.


WHAT IS IT A NON-NEGOTIABLE FOR YOU?
I have never felt so good working out before! I was in a low point working during the pandemic, being postpartum after my second child and couldn’t break out of my depression. BUT thanks to the coaches continued support at Coca Athletics I am back to myself and my family can see it!

I feel my self-worth has improved thanks to the coaches at Coca Athletics helping me lean into my strengths and give myself grace at my perceived ‘weaknesses’. I have realized I can be a strong woman first…. and my roles second!
